Changing an organization’s culture can be like running into a brick wall…
One of the things we hear most often from our members is how difficult it can be to navigate the politics in a new company or positions. One member even provided us with this line:
“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”
Unfortunately this is something we’ve witnessed on too many occasions and every time we reiterate it to our members they tend to nod in agreement. Trying to overcome culture challenges in the workplace is often one of the most daunting tasks a leader must tackle.
The goal of our upcoming Connect is to help members solve this cultural Rubik’s Cube in their organizations in an effort to advance important initiatives. On July 18th at 2 PM EST, 10+ member companies from varying sectors will come together and share their experiences in changing a culture. Participants will not only get to tell their own stories but also here about successful strategies and approaches used to change the office mindset.
