CIA Now Confirmed to Present at IT Security Forum June 6-7 in DC
We’re pleased to announce the addition of the Central Intelligence Agency to our IT Security Forum 2013 agenda. Ralph Q. will discuss the topic of “Insider Threats” with Forum attendees. Here’s brief abstract for his presentation:
While current news stresses the danger of various outside attacks on organizational network and systems, a key risk in any organization’s cybersecurity spectrum remains the ‘carbon based components” of our networks: our own users. The speaker presents practical real (unclassified of course) examples for how to mitigate risk from the insider threat to systems and information.
The IT Security Forum is only a couple of weeks away but you still have time to register. Members can register by logging into TheIMF.com and visiting our Events page or simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. It takes place June 6th and 7th at The Lorien Hotel & Spa.
