A member company is preparing to develop a public facing web application using IBM’s Case Manager (ICM) COTS product. They would like to speak with other member organizations that have used the ICM product. Focus areas include (but not limited to):

  • O&M support experience
  • Skills and recruiting
  • Ability to extend functionality
