We are looking for recent college graduates who achieved success in academic and extra curricular endeavors at top colleges or universities. Successful candidates must have the competitive zeal to grow business and the desire to be part of a growing company. The position requires significant interaction with senior executives, some travel, and on-site client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and analyze data
  • Book speakers from our member base for web conferences and meetings
  • Coordinate logistics for national meetings as well as web conferences
  • Work directly with members coordinating monthly web conferences and quarterly meetings
  • Assist president in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Exceptional writing skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Over time, the successful Candidate will:

  • Develop a familiarity with trends and issues that create opportunities for adding value to the clients’ business
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to focus on clients and make their needs a primary focus of actions; the ability to initiate, build, and sustain productive client relationships resulting in the delivery of quality service and client satisfaction; establish credibility with both internal colleagues and external business clients
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills and the ability to actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals
  • Possess communication skills to clearly convey information and ideas, through a variety of media, to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
  • Leverage the ability to build internal relationships; to identify opportunities and take actions to build strategic relationships with partners, senior managers, area leadership teams, practices and other areas, teams or departments to help achieve business goals
  • Display an executive presence; the ability to create a good first impression, command attention and respect, show an air of confidence, and comfortably deal with colleagues
  • Work aggressively to gain the ability to perform quantitative analysis (e.g., benchmark data calculations, etc.) and effectively present findings to business client management
